QB Camp: Perfection of throw
mechanics, footwork, cadence
Over 12 weeks, the QB Camp targets precise throw mechanics, footwork, and cadence to improve accuracy, rhythm, and decision-making. Sessions blend instruction, drill progression, and controlled scrimmage to reinforce proper form under game-like pressure. Parents support at home with brief, focused practice tasks and routine encouragement.
WR Camp: Improve route running, catching, and separation
The WR Camp concentrates on precise route running, catching technique, and creating separation against defenders. Sessions combine route concepts, catching drills, and spacetime awareness in game-like routes, with home practice tasks to reinforce timing and hand placement.
Speed & Agility: Explosive speed, quickness, and change of direction
The Speed & Agility track emphasizes explosive speed, quickness, and agile change of direction. Training blends sprint mechanics, agility ladder work, dot drills, and game-simulation drills to improve acceleration, deceleration control, and lateral movement.
League Play: Competitive game experience and real-time execution
This track focuses on applying skills in real-game contexts, emphasizing real-time decision-making, execution under pressure, and teamwork. Practices use game-speed repetition and strategic awareness to ensure consistent league performance. A professional coach leads sessions, with each team supported by a dedicated parent coach to reinforce routines and home practice. The emphasis is on playing effectively within the game, not just drills, so players translate skills into live competition.
