Our Training Program, led by Coach Daquan Hawkins & Coach Kelsey, is a fitness program that is designed for children of all ages to give our players the physical tools to be successful in sports with an emphasis on football. 


These workouts involve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and conditioning.  The workouts are uniquely design to ensure the players have a good time and enjoy working out and being physically fit. No matter what sport your child plays these workouts will be a huge benefit for him/her.

2026 Workout Schedule

Mondays & Thursdays:  For ages 12 & Under.  This will be a workout that focuses on Football skills development.

 

Time:  6:00pm - 7:00pm

Location:  Boys Club 321 E 111th Street

Requirements:   Payment & application through football link or training.

Fee:  $250

Date:  January 12th - March 26 (Skipping week of 2/16 - 2/20)

Saturdays:  For ages 6 - 18.  This will be a workout that focuses on Football skills

 

Time:  11:00am - 2:00pm

Location:  TBD

Requirements:   Payment & application through football link or training.

Fee:  $400

Date:  April 4th - June 13th (Skipping 4/11 & 5/23)

SATURDAYS (Summer):  For ages 6 - 18.  This will be a workout that focuses on Football skills development.

 

Time:  9:00am - 12:00pm

Location:  Thomas Jefferson Park (113th and 1st ave)

Requirements:   N/A

Fee:  Free

Date:  July 11th- August 8th

  • Participants must bring their own water bottle labeled with name. (water fountain unavailable)
