Our Training Program, led by Coach Daquan Hawkins & Coach Kelsey, is a fitness program that is designed for children of all ages to give our players the physical tools to be successful in sports with an emphasis on football.
These workouts involve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and conditioning. The workouts are uniquely design to ensure the players have a good time and enjoy working out and being physically fit. No matter what sport your child plays these workouts will be a huge benefit for him/her.
2. SATURDAYS: For ages 8 - 18. This will be a workout that focuses on Football skills development.
Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Location: Thomas Jefferson Park (113th and 1st ave)
Requirements: Payment & application through football link or training.
Date: July 3rd - August 10th
Mask must be worn for the duration of the workout.
Participants must bring their own water bottle labeled with name. (water fountain unavailable)
